His path led him through various roles, from CS lead and CS Manager to Global Aftermarket Manager for Fuel Systems. In this multifaceted role, he also served as the Territory Sales Manager for Todo and Fleet in the UK.
Ben's expertise lies in comprehensive product and application knowledge of Todo and the global customer base. His focus on customer relationships and growth is evident in his role, where he trains customers on-site to maintain products and transforms them into service centers. Additionally, he plays a key role in commercially training Distributors Sales Teams, empowering them to identify market opportunities confidently.
He finds motivation in hitting targets while ensuring continuous growth in the customer base and market share. His vision is to elevate the business to the pinnacle it deserves, leading teams to reach their full potential, and providing unwavering support to colleagues worldwide.
Outside of work, Ben cherishes moments with his family, particularly his 3-year-old daughter, who has a penchant for all things pink and princessy. Whether outdoors, on holiday, or spending time on the golf course, Ben values the balance between family, leisure, and his passion for football, especially his team, Arsenal.
